Why P78
P78 is building the propulsion systems and orbital vehicles that connect every asset in space — from Earth orbit to the lunar surface. We're at an early stage, which means broad responsibility, genuine ownership, and the chance to see your work fly. We don't hire to a fixed background. Aerospace, automotive, energy, motorsport, precision manufacturing — the discipline matters less than how you approach problems. We look for people who are curious, take initiative, and see things through. If you work well in a close-knit team and want to contribute to something technically demanding from day one, we'd like to hear from you.
