Why P78
P78 is building the propulsion systems and orbital vehicles that connect every asset in space, from Earth orbit to the lunar surface. We're at an early stage, which means broad responsibility, genuine ownership, and the chance to see your work fly. We don't hire to a fixed background. Aerospace, automotive, energy, motorsport, precision manufacturing. The discipline matters less than how you approach problems. We look for people who are curious, take initiative, and see things through. If you work well in a close-knit team and want to contribute to something technically demanding from day one, we'd like to hear from you.
